History/Background/Claims:
This was our 4th time investigating at this location, and we were all excited to be back. The last time we were able to go was back in 2020, right before the first lockdown period. If you need a refresher on the history of this location, be sure to get caught up with our other 3 parts for the Rohs Opera House.

The Investigation:
Since we have been to this location many times in the past, our equipment setup went fairly quickly. The only change this time was that the renovations are nearly completed in the entire building, and so that opened up a couple of new areas for us to explore. The third floor (which served as the original Opera House balcony) is open to investigators now, and we were excited to see what we could find up there.
We started our Investigation on the first level, and went straight to the Auditorium. We started with the usual EMF sweep (electromagnetic field) and EVP session (electronic voice phenomenon). While we did have some spikes in our EMF readings in a few places throughout the Auditorium, we weren’t able to document anything else in that area. Because of this, we have to rule those readings out (most likely due to electronics in the Theatre).
Since we weren’t getting any activity on the first floor, we moved to the second floor, and repeated what we did in the Auditorium. The second floor houses the Balcony for the Auditorium, as well as the Aeolian Hall (which served as the original Opera House Stage/Auditorium). The first time we had investigated in this area, we were able to catch an EVP that we believe answered a question asked by one of our Team Members; so we hoped to get a response this time as well. Unfortunately, we had no luck here either.
We decided to head up to the third floor, which was new to us. Renovations are still under way in this area, but it was still so cool to see such history in the room. Old paintings and décor are still visible on the walls; and while we didn’t get any interactions on this level either, it was still awesome to see this bit of history.
Evidence:
While we weren’t able to have any personal experiences during the night, or catch any evidence while reviewing, we still had a fun time! A huge part of being on a Paranormal Team are cases just like this, where you don’t get anything. And that’s ok, we can’t make things happen on command after all. Until next time Rohs!
